Your notes,
already executed.executed.
Delegate.ai reads your transcripts and ships the follow-up — events booked, emails drafted, Slack updated, notes filed — across Google Workspace, Slack and Notion, autonomously.

Three actions
ninety seconds
A scripted story-board of the agent — from transcript paste to email draft, calendar event, and Slack update. For the real thing, the guided showcase runs the live pipeline in one click.
Watch the agent parse a transcript in real time
The looping simulation below shows the action cascade — pause on hover to inspect any moment.
Meeting notes die in a doc. Nothing becomes action.
You took great notes. The decisions are clear. And yet — the follow-up email never got sent. The CRM stayed stale. The calendar never got the block.
Summarizers make this worse, not better. They give you a tidier version of the same dead document. What you needed was someone — or something — to do the work.
// the fix isn't a better summary. it's execution.
Three steps. From transcript to done.
No prompts to engineer. No flows to draw. No glue code.
Capture
Connect Delegate.ai to Meet, Zoom, Otter, Granola, or upload any transcript. No prep, no prompting, no templates. The agent listens alongside you.
Plan
Gemini 2.5 Pro reads the full transcript — not just the explicit action items, but the implied commitments, the urgency, and the stakeholders. It drafts a plan: which actions, in which Workspace app, to whom.
Approve & execute
You approve — or set thresholds so Delegate ships autonomously for low-risk actions. Gmail drafts compose, Calendar events book, Slack channels get the update, Notion logs the decisions — all with a receipt on every step.
Built for the work that follows the meeting
Works where you already work
First-class Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, and Notion connectors — with verification receipts on every write. Not Zapier glue. Not brittle webhooks. Just the agent, inside the apps you live in.
Human-in-the-loop
Set approval thresholds. The agent asks before high-stakes actions, and learns from your decisions.
Long-term memory
Remembers prior decisions, stakeholders, and preferences — across every meeting, forever.
Priority-aware routing
Urgent commitments ship in seconds. Strategic work batches for review. You decide the threshold.
Full audit trail
Every action logged, replayable, reversible. Compliance teams love it. So will your future self.
Delegate vs. the alternatives
You're comparing tools. Here's where each one wins.

The honest questions
It's a true agent. Summarizers condense your notes into a tidier document. Delegate.ai reads the transcript, identifies every commitment — explicit and implied — and executes them across your connected apps: Google Calendar events, Gmail drafts, Slack updates posted to your channel, notes appended to Notion. Every step ships with a verification receipt. The output is shipped work, not a summary.
Chatbots are conversational — you prompt, they respond. Delegate.ai is autonomous: it ingests the transcript on its own, plans the full action set, and ships them. You don't have to ask. It also chains steps across apps (e.g. "book the review → post the event link to Slack"), and every executed step carries a provider-verified receipt. Chatbots have none of that.
Yes — and you should, especially at first. Gmail ships as a draft by default, so the riskiest category already starts in review; real sending is an explicit opt-in toggle per run. Calendar, Slack and Notion steps execute directly, and the run panel shows each outcome as it lands.
Credentials are sealed with AES-256-GCM in HttpOnly cookies your browser script can never read, scoped to least privilege — Calendar events + Gmail compose only, a Slack webhook that posts to one channel, a Notion integration that appends to one page. Transcripts are processed to produce your actions and are not used to train foundation models. Every write is logged with the receipt the provider returned.
Nothing is fabricated: a step that could not run is reported as skipped — with the app named and the reason — never dressed up as a success. Gmail composes as drafts, so nothing leaves the building unreviewed. And every action is logged with its receipt in the run history, so what happened is always reconstructible.
Today the agent executes natively in Google Workspace (Calendar + Gmail), posts team updates through Slack incoming webhooks, and appends meeting notes to Notion via an internal integration. If you need other stacks today, use n8n or Zapier — we're not trying to be everything.
Your next meeting could ship itself.
